Below are two samples of “Simple Panoramic” images or sometimes called 360 Degree tours. These are locally hosted panoramic or wide images that can be scrolled left an right by the viewer using their mouse.
This sample pans left and right as well as up and down and can be used when vertical panning is needed. There is also the ability to set the initial “horizon line” in the image so a view from a high vantage point can start with the image looking down, but still allow the viewer to pan upward:

The next sample utilizes a commercial licensed premium application that requires a separate nominal hosting fee between $35- $50 per month, but has the ability to combine multiple panoramic images or “tours” into a central window with a high end marketing interface. The combined tour can include panoramic images, single images, maps, music and professional voice overs. The cost of creating the tours is not included in the hosting fee but the bandwidth of the viewed tours is, which makes this option extremely attractive to Real Estate Clients, Builders and Apartment complexes.
The tour can be launched with a thumbnail into a new browser window or tab as shown in this example or embedded in a page or post. This gives the client the ability to use this application in any existing web site or email marketing program:
